Office of Institutional Integrity
& General Counsel
About Us
The Office of Institutional Integrity and General Counsel (OIIGC) represents the legal, regulatory, and ethical functions of the University. We take our name seriously. Whether we are providing legal advice and services, conducting audits or Title IX investigations, developing policies, or ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, we take an ethical and professional approach to our supportive services. In fulfilling these functions, we make integrity the foundation of how we provide professional, independent, and objective service to UNC Greensboro. We prioritize responsiveness to both executive leadership and our campus colleagues generally, and as a strategic partner to the University, OIIGC staff strives to provide both proactive and reactive analyses and services while we personally and professionally model the highest standards and values of our respective professions.
